OEM or private label?
Private label means taking an existing glove and selling it under your brand. It is quicker and cheaper to start. OEM (original equipment manufacturing) means making a glove to your own design or specification. It takes longer but gives you a product nobody else has.
The steps
- Send your requirements, sample or design.
- Receive a proposal and price range.
- Check the first sample and send comments.
- Approve the pre-production sample and written specification.
- Place the order. Bulk production follows the approved sample.
- Goods are checked, packed with your branding and shipped.
Artwork
Send logos as vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) and give colour references. For packaging, send print-ready artwork or ask us to lay out your design on our packaging templates.
Minimums
At Najaf Impex the glove minimum is 50 pairs per article. Printed packaging and woven labels can have separate minimums from the printer. We show these on the quotation so you can choose the most cost-effective option.
Protecting your design
Ask for a confidentiality agreement before sharing a new design if you need one. Keep a signed copy of the approved specification for every article.
