A clear enquiry gets a clear quotation. Vague enquiries get vague prices, or a long list of questions back. Here is what to include.
1. The products
Article numbers from our catalogue, or a description and photos. Mention any changes to material, colour or lining.
2. Quantities and sizes
Give the total per article and the split by size. If you are not sure, a percentage split is fine.
3. Branding and packing
Say whether you need your logo, labels or retail packaging, and how goods should be packed.
4. Delivery
When do you need the goods, and where? Give the destination port or city and your preferred Incoterm.
5. Samples
Say whether you need samples before ordering and where to send them.
6. Your target
If you have a target price, share it. It helps us suggest the right material grade instead of guessing.
The quickest way
Add catalogue products to your quote list and use the notes box for sizes and packing, or use the bulk order form.
