The glove

- Leather: hide, grain or split, colour, and thickness if important
- Back material, if not leather
- Pattern: thumb style, single or double palm, reinforcement patches
- Lining and any padding
- Cuff or wrist closure
- Thread type (heat-resistant for welding)
Sizes and quantities
- Size range, and a size chart if you have one
- Quantity per article and per size
- Expected repeat volume, if known
Branding and packing
- Logo placement and method (print, emboss, embroidery)
- Sewn-in labels and their content
- Pairs per bag, bags per carton, carton marks
- Retail packaging and barcodes
Compliance
- Any standard the glove must be tested to
- Labelling rules for your market
Commercial
- Target price, if you have one
- Delivery date and destination
- Preferred Incoterm (FOB, CIF and so on)
