Leather Assembly Gloves for Industrial Handling

Close-fitting gloves with a thin leather palm and a stretch back. Made for people who handle small parts all day and need to feel what they are holding.

Wholesale and private-label supply from Sialkot. 50 pairs per article minimum.

Gloves you can do fine work in

On an assembly line a glove has two jobs. It has to protect the hand from scrapes, sharp edges and dirt, and it has to let the worker pick up a screw or plug in a connector without taking the glove off. If it fails the second job, people stop wearing it.

Our assembly gloves are built for that. The palm is thin leather, cut close to the hand. The back is a stretch fabric so the glove moves with the fingers and lets heat out. Most styles have a knit or elastic wrist so nothing catches on the work.

Buyers usually come to us with one of three needs: a plain glove for general assembly, a version with touchscreen fingertips for scanners and tablets, or a glove that matches a sample they already use. We can work from any of these.

Where assembly gloves are used

  • Automotive and parts assembly: fitting clips, trims, cables and small components.
  • Electronics and appliances: handling housings, panels and finished units where grip and feel matter.
  • Warehousing and logistics: picking, packing and scanning, especially with touchscreen fingertips.
  • Light maintenance and inspection: bench work and checks where a thick glove gets in the way.

Assembly gloves are made for light handling. They are not meant for heavy cutting hazards, heat or chemicals. If your task needs a tested protection level, tell us the standard and we will tell you honestly what we can supply and what test documents exist.

Assembly Gloves: common questions

What is the minimum order for assembly gloves?

50 pairs per article. You can mix several articles in one order as long as each one reaches 50 pairs.

Can you make assembly gloves with touchscreen fingertips?

Yes, on selected styles. Tell us which phones, tablets or scanners your staff use so we can test the fingertips on similar screens before you approve the sample.

Which leather is best for assembly work?

Goatskin and sheepskin are soft and give good feel. Cowhide is tougher but a little stiffer. If your staff handle oily parts, mention it and we will suggest a suitable leather finish.

Can you copy a glove we already use?

Usually, yes. Send us a sample or clear photos with measurements. We will make a pre-production sample for you to compare before any bulk order.

Do your assembly gloves have a certified protection level?

Please ask about the exact article. We only state a protection level when we can send the matching test report. If you need a specific rating, include the standard in your enquiry.
