These terms apply to your use of najafimpex.com, run by Najaf Impex, Sialkot, Pakistan. By using the site you accept them.
2. Business use only
This website is for trade buyers. We do not sell to consumers through this site.
3. Product information
We try to keep product descriptions and photos accurate, but leather is a natural material and colour and grain vary. Photos show standard articles; your options will change the look. The approved sample and the written specification on your quotation are the reference for your order.
4. Quote lists and enquiries
Sending a quote list or an enquiry does not create an order or a contract. It is a request for a quotation.
5. Quotations and orders
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing. Prices, payment terms, delivery terms (Incoterms), delivery dates and specifications are those written in the confirmed order. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the order documents apply.
6. Protection claims
Product descriptions explain what a glove is designed for. They are not a guarantee that a product is suitable for a particular task or meets a particular standard. Buyers are responsible for choosing the right protection for their workers. Performance levels apply only where we have supplied a matching test report.
7. Intellectual property
The text, photos and design of this site belong to Najaf Impex unless stated otherwise. Designs and logos supplied by buyers remain the property of those buyers.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes about orders are governed by the terms of the confirmed order.
