Start with the job
Different work needs different gloves
A glove that is perfect for a mason can be wrong for a TIG welder, and a warehouse picker needs something else again. The fastest way to choose is to look at what the worker does all day: what they handle, how rough it is, whether it is hot, cold or wet, and how much feel they need.
Below we match our leather work gloves and safety workwear to the industries we supply. Where a job needs a tested protection level or a glove type we do not make, we say so plainly.
Quick guide
- Rough, heavy materials: rigger or double palm cowhide
- Heat and sparks: welding gloves and leather workwear
- Tools and knocks: mechanics gloves with padding or guards
- Cold work: lined leather gloves
- Light handling: knitted or touchscreen gloves
By industry
Gloves for each industry

Construction and Infrastructure
Heavy duty abrasion resistant construction gloves in bulk, including reinforced palm leather work gloves for masonry and concrete.

Welding and Metal Fabrication
Premium split cowhide leather welding gloves wholesale, heavy duty TIG welding gloves with high dexterity, and private label MIG gloves.

Automotive and Mechanics
Synthetic leather mechanics gloves, padded palm gloves for power tools, and bulk high dexterity gloves for precision work.
Logistics and Warehousing
Lightweight breathable utility gloves for package handling, PVC dotted grip gloves and touchscreen gloves for terminal operators.

Cold Storage
Wholesale insulated winter work gloves for cold storage logistics, with fleece or thermal lining.

Farming, Agriculture and Forestry
Goatskin and cowhide farming gloves, pigskin work gloves for wet ground, and split leather ranching and forestry gloves.
Construction and heavy infrastructure
Gloves for job sites
Construction gloves wear out fast on blocks, rebar, timber and concrete. Split leather rigger gloves are the everyday choice, and double palm cowhide gloves last longer on abrasive work. Hi-vis cuffs make hands easier to see on busy sites.
Structural steel workers often need an ANSI cut level safety glove. Wholesale high visibility impact gloves are also common on sites. Those ratings come from testing a specific glove. Our leather gloves protect well against abrasion, but we only state a cut or impact rating where a test report exists for that article.
Welding and high-heat fabrication
Gloves for welders
MIG and stick welders need thick, lined gauntlets with long cuffs that keep spatter out of sleeves. TIG welders need thinner leather for feel and torch control. All our welding styles are sewn with heat-resistant thread. If your specification calls for Kevlar® stitched heat resistant gauntlet gloves, tell us and we will confirm the thread we can use.
For full protection, add leather welding jackets, aprons and sleeves.
Automotive and precision mechanics
Grip, fit and dexterity
Workshops want close-fitting gloves that grip oily tools. Our mechanics gloves use synthetic leather or leather palms with stretch backs. Some styles add padded palms to reduce vibration from power tools, or knuckle guards for heavy work.
Oil resistant nitrile coated safety gloves for automotive assembly are a different, coated product that is not part of our leather range. Ask us if you need them sourced.
Logistics, warehousing and cold storage
Comfort for long shifts
Pickers and packers handle hundreds of items a shift. Knitted cotton gloves with PVC dots give low-cost grip, and touchscreen assembly gloves let staff scan without taking gloves off. For cold storage, lined leather driver and work gloves keep hands warm.
Rubber coated grip gloves for warehouse pickers are a coated glove type outside our core range. Contact us to discuss sourcing.
Farming, agriculture and forestry
Rugged gloves for outdoor work
Fencing, wood, tools and animals need tough leather. Heavy duty goatskin farming gloves give good feel, split leather suits ranching and forestry, and pigskin breathes well and stays softer after getting wet. Treated leathers can repel water, but water-repellent is not waterproof.
Gardening and farm retailers often order thorn and puncture protection gloves under their own brand. Puncture claims on the pack need a test report for the exact glove.
